The Lux series: Obsidian is a great book. Like I said in the previous post about this series I am absolutely in love with every book in the series and that it has everything you could want in a book series.

I found that Obsidian was a good read. It wasn't a book I had to look up or sound out a lot of words. Unlike in the other books after this book it doesn't have any explicit content. It has some swear words but nothing major.

I found next to no spelling mistakes, non that I can remember finding anyways.

I would recommend this book for anyone 13 years and older. The only reason I say that is because it does have some swear words and there is aliens and death, but differently not to the extent I wouldn't let my younger sibling read it.

Over all Obsidian is a great book that will make you not want to stop reading. It's differently the book where you will stop doing something jsut to read one more chapter.

Obsidian is about a girl named Katy and how she moves to a new house, in a new city beside the most unlikely people... or should I say aliens.

When Katy and her mom moved to West Virginia right before her senior year she was pretty much resigned herself to think accents, crappy WiFi access and a whole lot of being bored... until she meets her smoking hot neighbor with his looming height and unearthly eyes. Things where looking up for her in this tiny town...until he opened his mouth. Daemon is infuriating, arrogent and stab-worthy. Katy and Daemon did not get along, at all. Then Katy meets Daemons twin sister Dee. Dee and Katy intently became friends and did everything together. But what really pissed Katy off was that Daemon tried everything to get her away from his sister. But when a stranger attacks Katy and Daemon freezes time with a wave of his hard, literally, something very unexpected happens. The totally hot alien living next door has marked Katy. That's right, Daemon and his sister Dee are from another planet. A planet called Lux, and they're Luxen.

The problem is that Daemon and Dee have a galxy of enimies wanting to steal their abilities and Daemon has lit Katy up as light as a Vagas Strip. The only was Katy will get through this is by sticking with Daemon until the alien mojo fades, that is if she doesn't kill him first.
