Shadow-kissed is the third book in the Vampire Academy Series.

Shadow-kissed is a very good book that will get your heart beating and your blood pumping.

Rose deals with so much that her instructors and friends think she's going crazy.

Her goal for most of the book is to prove to everyone around her that she isn't insane or that she isn't suffering from PTSD.

Shadow-kissed is a crazy emotional book that will leave you crying - the end made me cry.

This book I would recommend for 12 or 13 years of age just because there is violence and some sexual activites and more than the usual level of paranormal activities.

What if following her heart meant losing her best friend forever?

Rose knows its forbidden to fall in love with another guardian.

Her best friend Lissa - the last Dragomir princess - must always come first. Unfortunately, when it comes to gorgeous Dimitri Belikov, some rules are meant to be broken...

Then a strange darkness begins to grow in Rose's mind, and ghostly shadows warn of a terrible evil drawing closer the the academies iron gates.

The immortal undead are closing in, and they want vengeance for the lives that Rose has taken. In a heart-stopping battle to rival her worst nightmares, Rose will choose between, life, love, and the two people who matter most...but will her choice mean that only one can live?
