I read this series a long time ago, like before I had a blog.

I read it after the Lux series tho, but unlike the Lux series I haven't like reread most of it.

So Hush Hush is really good book with lots of good points.

There's angels, fallen angels, and an ancient battle.

There's Nora Grey, normal high school girl doing normal teenage girl things, until she get's him as a partner for a project.

Nora didn't really care of any of the boy's at school until him, until Patch.

He's annoying and she doesn't care for his attitude and his '"swagger", she just wanted to pass her class. But of course nothing is how it seems.

Patch is everywhere and she doesn't know how or why, but Patch seems to know more about her than her closest people or even herself. After some crazy things happen Nora decides to get some answers, and what she finds is crazy, impossible even.

Nora doesn't know if she should fall into Patch's arms or if she should run and hide.

Nora goes through huge life changing things she didn't even think fathomable. I would let anyone read this book and I don't think I remember looking up any words so its a pretty easy read.

Romance was not part of Nora Grey's plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how hard her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch comes along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Patch draws Nora to him against her better judgment. But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure whom to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is and seems to know more about her than her closest friends. She can't decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel. For she is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that have fallen - and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice will cost Nora her life.
