Lola St. Vil doesn't disappoint I can tell you that much. The Quo. The ultimatum. The things the group has to face. The son of Hell himself. Ugh.
Someone comes back and knocks your socks off! I blasted through this book. Max 2-3 days. So in this book Marcus and Emmy have an impossible task to face together. The Guardians face what is only the beginning.
When the bomb off and Heaven was gone, the Guardians will take the fate of everything into their hands. The team faces hardships worse than the hunt for the Triplex. Going to the most unlikely place and unlikely alliances are formed. On the Guardians quest to restore all the Light they run into something that has never been mentioned in the angel world before - nothing ever heard of before, or written about in any of the angel history books.
The Quo. Half angel, half human hybrids, and they aren't who they say they are. But where's Marcus? They can't do this without their leader... or will they have to?
I found this book incorporated a lot more than just the Guardians, Akons and Emmy. This book added an entirely new world to the series that will take a turn. Lola knows how to keep readers hooked and when I finished this book I was already downloading Part 2. I would rate this book a 7/10. There where a lot of punctuation mistakes in the book, like not captivating words after a punctuation. Just like in the other books as well. I would let anyone read this book other than in chapter 20 where there is a sex scene. The reader can miss that chapter and not miss anything important in the book itself.

A team divided. A leader in turmoil. A love tested. Now, it's the heroes who need saving
